LIVING FOODS VS DEAD FOODS

I want you to understand that everything you put in your mouth has the potential to produce life or death. Food is part of a man’s reward. But eating the wrong foods will bring curses of poor health. Are you at war with your health because of the foods you eat? Or are you enjoying the beautiful dance of hunger and satisfaction that centers around the Giving gifts of living foods?

Life breeds life. Death breeds death. When you eat living foods, the enzymes in their pristine state interact with your digestive enzymes. The other natural ingredients God put in them- vitamins, minerals, phytonutients, antioxidants, fiber, and more- flow in to your system in their natural state. These living foods were created for our digestive systems, bloodstream, and organs.

Dead foods hit our bodies like a foreign intruder. Chemicals, including preservatives, food additives, bleaching agents, and so on, place strain on the liver. This is labeled the STANDARD AMERICAN DIET which stands for SAD.

MAIN DEAD FOODS TO KICK OUT:

MSG- common ingredient in processed foods- as well as on of the most dangerous and best disguised- is MSG (monosodium glutamate).

MSG is a sodium salt of an amino acid, glutei acid, and looks similar to sugar or salt.

Used to enhance taste by increasing the sensitivity of your taste buds.

May be labeled as: hydrolyzed vegetable protein- autolyzed yeast- yeast extract- soy protein isolate- natural flavors- autolyzed plant protein.

Body effect: causes brain lesion of the hypothalamus. Known as a neurotoxin which means kills neurons by exiting them to death. The very young are most acceptable.

Causes the pancreas to produce more insulin.

Drops the blood sugar which make you more hungry.

Stomach cramps joint pain

Nausea/vomiting blurry vision

Diarrhea dizziness

Migraine headaches

Rapid heartbeat

Rise in blood pressure

Facial swelling

Depression

Anxiety/ panic attacks

MSG IS ALWAYS IN THESE PRODUCTS:

GLUTAMATE

GLUTAMIC ACID

MONOSODUIM GLUTMATE

MONOPOTASSIUM GLUTAMATE

TEXTURED PROTEIN

HYDROLYZED PROTEIN

CALCIUM CASEINATE

SODIUM CASEINATE

YEAST EXTRACT

YEAST FOOD

AUTOYZLED YEAST

GELATIN

SUGAR

Refined sugar is a man- made product, unlike natural sugars found in living foods.

When you overeat sugar, your body goes into a fat-storage mode. That’s why most diabetes gain weight when they begin taking insulin- often as much as 20-30 pounds. Sugar creates a cycle of demand for more sugar, which raises insulin levels. Insulin is a powerful hormone that signals the body to store fat.

Effects the body:

Sugar temporarily impairs your T-cells which protect you against viruses, and also temporarily impairs the B- cells, which produce antibodies.

It impairs white blood cells. Eating 100 grams of a simple carb. (like cookies, piece of cake etc.) can reduce the ability of the white blood cells to engulf and destroy micro-organisms by 50 percent. As a result you are prone to bacterial and viral infections.

Sugar feeds cancer.

Sugar is linked to behavavioral disorders.

When the sugar high comes down people become grumpy, irritable and somewhat violent.

Sugar leads to osteoporosis.

Sugar creates a acidic environment in your tissues, which causes your body to cry out for alkaline foods. If your ph drops in your blood your body will balance it no matter what - pulling from your bones, teeth and cells to balance your ph.

Sugar aggravates yeast problems.

Yeast loves sugar. Everyone has yeast in the intestines, but after consuming lots of sugar, your may develop yeast overgrowth and your intestinal tract swells up and your abdomen may swell like a yeast roll.

Sugar leads to type 2 diabetes and elevates cholesterol.

Most people understand how sugar excess can lead to diabetes by elevating insulin level; eventually cells become resistant to insulin, which leads to type 2 diabetes. But elevated insulin levels also trigger the liver to produce more cholesterol and triglycerides. Sugar can lead to mineral imbalances in the body, leading to chromium deficiencies. Chromium is an important mineral for maintaining blood sugar control.

Sugar accelerates the aging process.

In the 1970’s researchers discovered glucose amino-acid complexes that form on the surface of the collagen and elastin in blood vessels and heart muscle. They named these complexes “advanced glycation end products”. These molecules interact with neighboring proteins and become destructive free radicals, leading to accelerated aging and disease. Note you start to see wrinkles and age spots.

Most of the AGE’S products are formed in the body cooking sugars with fats and proteins.

Proven to contribute to asthma, arthritis, heart disease, stroke, diabetes.

AGE’S products found in the brain of Alzheimer’s disease.

Sugar is addictive.

Depletes your zinc which controls your sense of taste.

Sugar sources!!

In 2005 the average American consumes 150 pounds year.

Aspartame

Contains wood alcohol - when exposed to heat turns to methanol- our bodies convert it to formaldehyde- yes, embalming fluid.

In over 6,000 items on your grocery store shelf- even in natural health stores.

Side effects:

Depression

Dizziness

Convulsions

Nausea

Diarrhea

Migraines

Fatigue

Tightness in the chest

Shortness in breath

Ramazzini foundation of Oncology study proves aspartame causes 6 kinds of cancer.

Splenda

Splenda brand sweetener is a substance called sucralose, which is made by turning sugar into a chlorocarbon.

Side effects:

Shrunken thymus gland

Enlarged liver and kidneys

Reduced growth rate

Decreased red blood count

Aborted fetus

White flour

White bread is a poor choice for food. It is very constipating.

White bread is created from one part of the grain head-the starchy endosperm that is ground into fine powder. Since the bran and germ are removed, approximately 80 percent of the wheat’s nutrients are gone.

The milling process involves such high temperatures that the remaining grain is damaged by oxidation and has a grayish appearance. But, since we love colors and want white bread- we bleach the grain.

Eat organic bread or Ezekiel bread.

White bread converts to sugar almost as fast as candy bars. When diabetes patients switch from eating white bread to whole -g rain bread containing no white sugar and no white sugar their cholesterol and blood sugar levels almost always go down.

The whiter the bread the sooner your dead.

FAST FOODS

KEEP DRIVING THRU AND NOT STOPPING!

DEADLY MEATS

LIVER AND ORGAN MEATS- are filtering organs that filter toxins. Many toxins reside in these organs. Why eat them?

Cold cuts and packaged meats

- contain high saturated fats. Contain high amount of nitrates- fancy name for ugly substances that form cancer - causing compounds. Cancers associated with bladder, esophagus, stomach, brain and oral cavity cancers.

Studies show that children who eat 12 hotdogs a month have 9 times normal risk of developing leukemia and children whose mothers ate hotdogs during pregnancy are associated with an excess risk of childhood brain tumors.

Bacon, sausage, and hotdogs- are processed under an advanced meat recovery process!

It is a process used to recover as much “meat” as possible form the bone and tissue of the the carcass. It squeezes the meat through, leaving the bone and the tissue on the other side.

FATS

Fats that kill are your trans or hydrogenated fats and partially hydrogenated fats.

During the hydrogenation the cheapest oils- soy, corn, cottonseed, canola are mixed with a metal catalyst, usually nickel.

The oil is then subjected to hydrogen gas in a high- pressure, high temperature reactor to force hydrogen through it until it is saturated.

Transfats- also called hydrogenated fats, are present in margarine, shortening, and most peanut butters.

On January 1, 2006 , all packaged foods sold in the United States began to list trans-fats content on the labels.

One problem- is the amount is under .5 grams it does not have to put on the label per serving size.

This fat is deadly and you need to avoid it completely- labels partially hydrogenated or shortening.

Saturated fats- primarily found in animal products.

Found mostly in fast foods- commercially fried foods- cakes- donuts etc.

Found in cured meats- cold cuts- red meats- duck- bologna- salami etc.

Provides benefits when consumed on limited intake- enhances immune system and allows calcium to be incorporated into the bones . Moderation means - 7-10 percent of calorie intake.

Polyunsaturated fats-oxidize much faster- or become ranic quickly.

Oxidation also occurs in your arteries as free radicals. Oxidized cholesterol is much more likely to form plague in an artery or on arterial walls. As fats are broken down through oxidation, they form substances that promote blood clotting and cause inflammation- all of which makes the blood flow more difficult.

Fats that remain liquid at room temperature and remain liquid.

Corn oil

Safflower oil

Sunflower

Sesame

But, polyunsaturated fats are essential for life and must be consumed daily in small amounts. Raw pecans, almonds, brazil nuts, pine nuts, walnuts, pistachios.
